  • Sprinkle salmon with salt, pepper, and flour.
  • Add the oil and butter to the skillet. When the pan is hot then add salmon and cook it for 2 minutes
  • Remove the pan from the heat. Take the salmon on a plate and set it aside.
  • Then you to add the lemon juice, chicken broth, and garlic to the pan. Next, reduce the heat to medium and let it bubble for 30 seconds.
  • And add the cream, dill. Then stir well until the sauce is smooth. Keep the salmon in the pan again and cook for a few more minutes and Break it up using your spoon. Cooking it for a few more minutes until it is well cooked and the sauce thickens a bit.
