Instructions for Salmon Carbonara Recipe:

  1. At first preheat the oven to 6, 200C, 180C.
  2. Then place the salmon fillets in a baking tray
  • drizzle with the olive oil
  • Spread half of the lemon gently and squeeze the juice well and season well.
  • Heat in the oven for 10 minutes or until cooked
  • Remove the skin and any bones
  • Then cut the salmon meat into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  1. Meanwhile, cook and drain the spaghetti according to the packet’s instructions and save one cup of the cooking water.
  2. In a large bowl, mix eggs, parmesan, cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, and herbs. Add the hot cooked pasta and flaky salmon. Add the hot cooked pasta and salmon flesh and together stir.
  3. Serve hot and sprinkle with some more parmesan.
